HISTP Scholar Dr. Juan DelaCruz receives two awards

Congratulations to Dr. Juan DelaCruz, HISTP scholar, and associate professor at CUNY Lehman, recipient of two recent awards.

Dr. DelaCruz just accepted the Distinguished CUNY Fellowship at the Advanced Research Collaborative.

He also received funding through the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Health Disparities Loan Repayment Program (LRP)  through the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD).

As an HISTP scholar, Dr. DelaCruz just launched his pilot, “Psychosocial Determinants and Quality of Life among Older Hispanics Living with HIV in New York City: Toward More Cost-Effective Interventions.”
